The Machine is covered with 1 year warranty From the date of Machine Dispatch against any Manufacturing defect / Poor workmanship. Warranty provide only On Manufacturing Defect of Machine Not cover normal wear and tear, Rubber and electrical/electronic Components and damage due to iproper handling/usage of the machine.

[2] Installation & Commissioning :-

If Bayer Needs Our Technician to Go to Your Local Factory Arrange Round Trip Tickets, Food & Hotel Everyday.

[3] Hydraulic Oil :-

Hydraulic Oil Is Not In Scope With Machine.

[4] Demonstration :-

 If Working Trial of The Machine is Designed  the Material Required For Such ATrial Will Have To Be Supplied by The Bayer as free Issue Material At Our Work[Before One Month of Due Delivery Period]

[5] Freight :-

Transportation Charges Extra as Actual.

[6] Risk & Responsibilities :-

A. RESPONSIBILITY

Our Responsibility Ceases On Handing Over The Goods To The Transport Carrier.

B. CANCELATION OF ORDER

Order One Placed Cannot Be Cancelled Without Sellers Consent In Wring. The Seller Reserves The Right To Adjust Allor Part Of The Advance Paid By The Buyer Towards Cost Incurred By The Seller Till Acceptance Of The Cancellation.

C. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

The Seller Shall Not Be Liable For Any Consequential Or Direct Indirect Loss  Or Damage Out Of Or Connected With This Offer And Subsequent Order.
